I started doing real estate in 2003. I was a loan officer from 2003 to 2007 and then I became a real estate agent in 2008. I am certified in foreclosures and short sale properties. I've sold real estate from Lincoln to San Francisco doing most of my business in Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento, Yuba and Placer Counties. I've always wanted to be a real estate agent and my experience as a loan officer makes it easier to guide buyers in their journey. This allows me to help buyers navigate not only through their home search and negations, but also through the lending process. For my sellers, I can identify the strength of the pre-approval coming from the buyer side. I enjoy working with first time home buyers, empty nesters, and veterans. I have sold everything from 600sqft to 4300sqft.
